I did not know Shelley's father, but I am a friend of Shelley's and like many of her friends we've watched her go thru this process of caring for her father and then watching him pass on. I know she was very close to her dad and I know she will feel overwhelmed by his loss for some time, much like when she lost her mother. It is hard for a daughter to lose her parent's and my sympathy is extended today to her and her family.
