Losing a parent is so hard but just be secure in the knowledge that your father knew you loved him and he loved you. Keep your faith strong and rely on each other and God will see you through this sad time in your lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

He loved his friends,family, and children.He also loved his job for 38 years at Ford Motor Co. Other interest in his life were LSU foot ball games, and playing golf as much as possible. I love him and he will be greatly missed, however, I know he is in Heaven playing the most beautiful golf courses anyone has ever seen.

I was fortunate to have a man like Uncle Bubbs in my life. As my Godfather, when he visited he would always sit me on his lap and talk to me or make me laugh. His values made a mark in my life. I've always admired him. He genuinely loved his family and friends. I'll never forget the late night calls we made after all the LSU games. He loved his football, win or lose. I don't know anyone who valued their family and religion as much as my father. He was disciplined and strong; physically, mentally, in his faith and in life. I'm so thankful for the time I had with him, I'll always be daddy's lil'girl.

I'll always remember Eddie as a good friend and a great neighbor on Sandalwood St., New Orleans and there is a special place in my heart for his children.

He was a man of integrity, valued family and virtue, believed in church, worked for Ford Motor Co. as a plant manager for 38 years, fought in WWII and considered it a privledge and honor to serve in the Marine Corps. An avid LSU football fan...in fact he was a fanatical, die hard couch coach who never missed a game on tv. He loved and lived life to the fullest and will be missed. Will always be considered..."a winner in my life".

I was lucky enough to have 32 years with the best grandfather and great- grandfather anyone could ask for. I admire him for his bravery both in war and in life, his unwavering faith, willingness to forgive, and complete dedication to his family. He will be very missed.
