Dr. Nace was an outstanding physician in the art and science of medicine. I worked with him on naltrexone, a treatment for alcoholism. His demeanor and professionalism was supreme. His caring for patients was unrivaled. He undoubtably saved many lives. He cared. He was dedicated to his patients and profession. I was honored to have known him. May you rest in peace sir. My condolences to his family.

Words are welcome but father requested that not much be spent on flowers; "give money instead to a charity." Those he donated heavily to included Dallas Women's Forum (Ross Ave) and Ourcalling.org. Other noteworthy suggestions - Rogers (http://rogerswildlife.org/how-to-help.php#donations) and the Heard Museum (https://www.heardmuseum.org/donate/). My father spent many hours at the Heard walking and watching birds.
