You have been a part of my family for as long as I can remember. You Were always there. Mom and dad loved you so much as did my brother and I. You were the best big brother a little girl could ask for. We all shared so much laughter. You are so deeply missed. words can not express our sorrow. We are all blessed to have had you in our lives.I will love and miss you always!!!

I grew up running around with my cousins (Todd and Tina Shelabarger) and their friends including Bernie back in Paddock manor. Bernie always had a smile on his face and something nice to say!! He will be dearly missed by all! My thoughts and prayers to his family!!! Terri Shelabarger McNeal

Man you will always be Bother Bern to me and i miss you and love you. I will never forget being little and you taking me everywhere with you if you wanted to or not im not sure but you were always there for me. Bernie was a classmate of mine all through grade & High school. Though it's been many years since I last saw him, he was still remembered by me to be a great guy, a loyal friend & always had a smile for everybody. I don't believe Bernie had an enemy ever. So sorry to hear of his passing. May god watch over your family during this tough time.

so sorry to hear about bernies passing,he was a crazy guy full of life and always made me laugh when he was on the fire department.He will be missed... my thoughts and prayers to his family
