Mary and all of the family, our prayers, love, and thoughts are with you at this sad time. We do rejoice that Skip knew his Savior. He is singing with the Angels and with his dear son.

My condolences to the Runge family. Skip, (Namu) as we called him in the surfing days, was always a joy to hang around with at St. Andrew´s High School and surfing together at Folly Beach. Skip was the most generous, caring, unselfish man to everyone, and was always available as a dear friend to me. I will miss his voice, his sense of humor, his laughter, and most of all his heart. He was a true rock in every sense of the word, and I cherish the years of friendship we shared. My heart goes out to his family for their loss.
