Donny,
I only read today that Peggy died last July. We were in Colorado, and I knew she had been very ill. She was truly a remarkable person, and such an inspiration to our son, Allen, at Hill School. We shared many humorous moments in those days. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dr. Smith, I am so sorry to have just now learned about your wife's passing & send my deepest sympathy & prayers to you & your family.

Donny:
I'am so sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
From an old Taylor school mate.

Dear Dr. Smith and family,

Please accept my sincere condolences in the loss of your lovely Peggy. Dr. Smith delivered my 1st and 3rd children, Austin and Susan, and I met Peggy through TCU football games mostly. She was kind and gentle, and I grieve for your loss.

May God bless and keep you in peace.

Dr. Smith and Family, I have just learned of your loss and there are simply no words to express my sadness at this time, except to say thank you. You and Peggy have both been so thoughtful for your concerns for my Sister, Mariann, as she learned of her own illness recently. Peggy spent time talking with Mariann and comforting her and letting her know that she can make her life full and make everyday count. Your visit to her in the hospital, Peggy's inspiring notes and words of encouragement...

Dear Dr. Smith and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss.

On the way home from her memorial service, it occurred to me that the romance of Byron's poetry just seemed so fittingly descriptive and personal to her...

"She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that 's...

Dr. Smith,
I am so sorry for your loss.
