Not sure what to say?

Ed Wilson was a great guy. A good example of the type of people who make America the success that it is. I worked with Ed over several decades and enjoyed every minute of it. Dedicated, knowledgable and professional.

Love you Ed. Will miss you. All our love to Linda and the kids.

For many years I had the pleasure of working with Ed in the employee benefit insurance industry. I worked with a great many people over the years and Ed was simply one of the best. What a good man. I can't think of any better compliment. I was unfortunately out of town and missed the funeral and opportunity to celebrate his memory. I'll miss him.

Ed made me feel very welcome during our short few years in Wichita. My wife, Becky Higgins Weston, told me that Ed was a great guy and that I'd really like him when I got to know him. She was so right. Rest in Peace Ed, you will be greatly missed by many. Linda, you and the family are in my thoughts and prayers. Recovery is a long process. It is hard work, but you will survive with the help of your family and friends. Accept their help and remember it takes time and tears to find your...

Great memories of Ed. I had the pleasure of working in the same agency for several years and will never forget this man. May God wrap His loving arms around you Ed. Our prayers and thoughts for your lovely wife Linda and entire family. May God bless you each one especially at this time.

May you rest in peace. God bless you and your family. Jim & Charline Beebe

Linda we are so sorry to hear about Ed. I know things were difficult for all of you lately but what fantastic memories you all have. Ed was a great guy & we enjoyed being around him at our class reunions. God bless you all - we will keep you in our prayers.

Ed was one of my primary mentors while I was in the Naval Reserve and probably as much as anyone in the Reserve that inspired me to work towards my own advancement to the rank of Master Chief. I know from personal experience how many lives he touched while serving as Command Master Chief at the naval Reserve Center in Wichita. He will be missed. My condolences to Linda and the rest of the family.

Gunner's Mate Master Chief Ed Wilson was a Sea Dad to many of us who made CPO at the NAVRESCEN Wichita during those years he spent on the Promotions Board in WDC and Millington. I did many Funeral Honors with Ed at his "beckon call" when their was a Sailor he knew of needing military honors. He taught us how to be patriotic, honorable, and serve others. During my 41 years in the USN/USNR, I always told people I was doing the "Ed Wilson" gig....love the Navy until they kick you out. I...
