Not sure what to say?

Toni and Brant and families- We just learned of Edie´s passing last evening. Please know our sincerest thoughts and prayers are with you all. We have known Jay and Edie for many years from old Ambulance days. While their lives here may be complete, their spirit, kindness, and generosity will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to know them. May God´s love surround you and keep you strong

Jeannie, Toni, and family- We were sorry to hear of the sudden loss of Edie! It was so nice to talk to her and get reacquainted at the Victory Day football game. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. May you have comfort in the many promises of God. Psalm 116:15- "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." Greg and Vicki VanOverloop

Dear Family. Edie as you all know was one of the best And one of the best nurses. I share your sadness but will remember her and smile because of all the good she did and all the care she gave. I can hear her saying to me `well Ter you did good´ (with her little shake of her head she would do) as she supported me through a really stressful situation and will always be grateful she was there for me. All through the years we worked together there was nothing more important to her than you her...

I extend my condolences to Edie´s family. She was one of the most kind Emergency Dept. nurses and such a hard worker. Edie was awesome in her MPIE role as well, always a pleasure to work with.

So sorry to learn of Edie's passing. We were friends at Lake Leelanau RV Park and often visited when walking through the park. We shared many dog stories and cups of coffee and enjoyed many good laughs also. We will all miss her smiling face and cheerful personality. Your family is in our prayers. Ken and Sue Buquet

My sincere sympathy to Toni, Brant, and family. I worked with Edie and she was so impressive as our nurse paralegal. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was a joy to work with and have as a friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Toni, Brant, and family.... Edie was a true treasure, (as was Jay), and a blessing to all she touched. We are sorry for your loss, but know the memories of her warmth, laughter, friendship, and Christian example will live in all of us... Joe & Doe

I knew Edie through work and consistently felt energized after each encounter with her. She touched so many lives. Truly a great member of the team. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing.

Toni and family, So sorry for your loss. Edie was a very special person and she truly loved her animals!
