Papa, It´s hard to believe 15 years have gone by without seeing that smile. I know you are flying high and watching over us all.

Papa, 14 earthly years have passed, but in heaven I´m sure is like a minute. As you know lots has happened here since then. I am imagining you know with my Dad and Grandma Adele in paradise waiting for another family gathering. Thank you for all the little lessons and wonderful examples you gave us while we were together here. I am doing my best to follow your lead. Until we all meet again.

"They don't build'em like Papa G anymore." I will always remember my Grandfather as a man of few words and at the same time didn't need many to get his point across. His dry humor never escaped a holiday and his love for his family was always on display. He ran a long race and had many bumps in the road. My wish is to live as honorably as he taught us to.
