Growing up in Roselle we all knew Mrs Ballinger as being one of the sweetest, kindest and a most caring educator in Harrison School. She was always there for us. I lived a few blocks away from her home and when ever she would encounter one of us kids playing on the street she was always there to give us a kind word and hug. God Bless her. God received a very beautiful angel the day she passed. Sympathy,thoughts & prayers to the family.
