Beth, So sorry for your loss. I knew your mother when I was in High School. I had her for Food Service for 4 years. (I graduated in 77) She was such a wonderful lady. I have to say I owe my love for cooking to her and Mrs. Preston. She spoke of you and her family often. May she rest in peace.

I worked at St. Joseph Hospital in Flint where Edith was a volunteer for many years. She coordinated our sewing group and was just a delight to work with. She always had such wonderful things to say about her family, especially her grandson's. I've thought about her several times over the years, she was a lovely lady.
