DICKINSON, Edith - Very peacefully at The Victoria Cottage Hospital, Maryport, on Friday, 18th June 2010, surrounded by her loving family, Edith, aged 80 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Gordon Dickinson, a beloved mam of Stan, Josephine, Margaret and Dave, a cherished nana of Craig, Andrew, Stephen and Adam and a devoted great grandma of Arran, also a special sister of Jimmy and Mary and a dear aunt and good friend to many, who will be sadly missed. Funeral service to take place at St Nicholas Church, Flimby on Friday, 25th June at 10.30am., followed by cremation at Distington Hall Crematorium. It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Edith a dear friend and great neighbour, for several years at School Drive. She and Gordon lived life to the full, and now sadly they both rest in peace, God bless them.
