George and family,
Thinking of you during this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

My deepest sympathies. Edith was a treasure. I may not have known her long, but she made a big impression on my heart. She will truly be missed.

To the Hess family... So sorry to hear about your loss. I remember all the slumber parties at the house and all the fun we had in school. The memories of your mom will be close to my heart always. She was a great mom and lady. My prayers are with you. God Bless you..

Dear George: When I first moved to CB 25 years ago Iwent to work at Sapp brothers & you and Edith were some of the FIRST people who came in and I served coffee to. You were then AND now two of my favorite people in Council Bluffs. Edith was a shining star who's love and light will continue to shine in my heart. I will forever remember her sweet nature and beautiful smile...

to all the Hess family,
Ron & I know all of you well. Remember all the softball games? And the gatherings for wedding and baby showers? We loved your Mom! She was always so happy and bouncy fun! She cherished all of you and especially those grandchildren!
