Not sure what to say?

As a graduate of NDHS in 1973 and celebrating 70th birthday gathering, I just wanted to say what a wonderful teacher she was. God bless you and your family. I no longer live in SI and miss your baked goods, but I have fond memories and continue to attend alumni celebrations.

A wonderful teacher. I knew her when I was a student at New Dorp High-school. Rest in peace dear one. Lisa Scrima-Castelli.

One of my favorite teachers. Kind, sweet, and very patient. RIP, Mrs. H. thank you so much https://findanobituaryforaspecificperson.org/ your guide helped to share a memory of fav teacher

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

To all of Edie's children, your mother was a legend at CGBC. She is a primary figure of my childhood, represented a powerful women who took no s#$@. I can still see here making a serve on the tennis courts and yelling for Dean or at Dean on the front porch. Love and sympathy to all of you

Mrs Holtermann was my gym teacher at Susan E Wagner, she was a wonderful teacher and great lady. She always pushed you to do your best. I will always remember her for her kindness. Rest in peace

I´m so sorry to hear that Edith has passed away my condolences to the family of the Holtermanns

Billy your mom was an example to us all on how to live a life of love and service. How blessed you and your family were to have her and to share her with all Staten Island. She lives on in you. . Ed Sitter NDHS 1969

My sincerest sympathies to Mrs. Holterman's family. Mrs. Holterman was a generous, kind person and educator. She is fondly remembered from my high school days and reunions. Prayers, peace and comfort
