My friend who made me brave. We laughed so much because of the joy in our lives.

We have very fond memories of your mother. She was always so kind and patient with all of us that came with our children to her house to have lessons.
Our hearts go out to you Shirley for your loss. May the mercy of our Lord give you peace.

We are very sorry for your terrible loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

My dear friend Evelyn you were more than a dear friend, you were my sister in Christ,my mentor, always full of of life, in good times or unhappy times,in illness, you always had a smile and a witty attitude for everything that was going on..you taught us much and loved life to the fullest..I will miss your smile and I will miss our travels. You are at home with our Lord and he can use you as he did on earth only with no pain. Our friendship garden of roses will continue to bloom and remind us...

Dear Shirley,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. What a lovely person your mother was. We are so sorry for your loss.

I always enjoyed the energy and enthusiasm with which Evelyn Jamison approached life. Every time I had an opportunity to visit with her I came away smiling. The Ottawa Suzuki Strings have established an Evelyn Jamison Memorial Fund, contributions to which will be used to support the Suzuki Early Childhood Education Program. Contributions are to OSSI with Jamison Memorial on the memo line. In this way we wish to honor Evelyn Jamison and her daughter, Shirley Jamison Star.
