LAYNE, Edith Tolley, of Chesterfield, formerly of Darlington Heights, died May 22, 2009. Survived by her husband of 67 years, Louis A. Layne; one son, Ronald K. Layne (Margaret) of Richmond; one daughter, Patricia L. Arnn (Randy) of Dry Fork, Va. Family to receive friends Saturday, 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Services 5 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2009 at Spring Creek Baptist Church, Darlington Heights, Va. Interment in the church cemetery. Memorials to the Richmond Alzheimer's Association. Doyne Burger Davis Funeral Home, Farmville, in charge.
