Edith Pettett

My husband and I met Bert and Edith years ago at the church in Chandler. After talking with them we found they were from Lacon and we were from Peoria. Edith shared a birthday with me and we exchanged cards every year. She and Bert were some of the best Christian people we had ever met. We enjoyed getting together for meals when we were in AZ. She will be missed by so many. My sympathy to her family.

Norman and Gene and family, We are so sorry to hear of your Mom death. I had sent her a birthday card on her 91st. B-D and given her an up-date on the recent Chillicothe Area Reunion held in Scottsdale which your parents had hosted for about 19 years before they turned it over to us. As you know I worked with your Mom at the Truitt-Matthews 1st. National Bank for many years so we have had many memories together over the years. She will be missed...We will not be able to attend the service...

Gene, Norman, and Family-I'm not sure you will remember me, but I am a neighbor of your cousin, Chuck Pettett. I am deeply sorry to learn of the loss of your mother. She was a lovely person. I am in Arizona, so cannot be there to personally express my sympathy to all of you. But nevertheless you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
