Sam was a unusual, lovely, loving lady. She carried on inspite of health difficulties, and just shrugged her sholders and continued with her life. She was a special friend with my own departed wife, Ann, and the world will miss Sam greatly.

To Sam's family I send my very deepest condolences. She was full of love and laughter. I had known Sam for many years and was introduced to her good friend Sandy Hart. She was a very special lady who never let her health problems dominate her life. She will be deeply missed.
