POST, Edith - Of Davison, age 89, died Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 11AM Saturday, August 18, 2007 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Minister Michael A. Golwitzer officiating. Burial in White Chapel Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association. Visitation 1-8PM Friday and 10AM Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Edith was born in Benton, Kentucky on April 8, 1918, the daughter of the late Avery and Margaret (Pace) York. Surviving are daughter, Geneva Outland; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Fannie (Ernest) Berner and Patricia Speir; several nieces and nephews.
