WHEN WANDA LOVRJOY AND I TRAINED FOR JSA(JUNIOR SERVICE ASSISTANT), EDIE TRAINED US, FROM EDIE I LEARNED A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE TELEPHONE COMPANY. Patty, I was sorry to hear of your Aunts passing, you must take some comfort in knowing that without your unselfish care and love that her last months would have been so much lonelier and painful and you deserve a metal. Your mom and I go way back to July 1955 when I first came to work at the New York Telephone company and when I became a Junior Service Assistant along with Wanda Lovejoy, it was your mom who trained us. I got to know your mom more on a more personal level and that is when she lived on East Shore Drive. We had many a good time at "Ma Bell" including all the phone company parties. Linda, your mom is at peace and is with your dad,Beans, and now the "Torch" has been passed on...
