Edith Bleak Tolman 9/8/1922 ~ 2/21/2010 "It has been a joy", "I am so blessed" and "you might as well laugh about it" were some of mom's last words, expressing gratitude and sharing her wit to the end. These last few days she was able to visit with each member of her family. Sharing her life...
Edith was one of the most dear people that I have ever known here in this lifetime. She was my escort through the Los Angeles temple and I will never forget her kind and gentle nature.

What a priviledge it was to know Edith. She was a dear neighbor, friend, and to my delight, a relative! She loved her family dearly. Her example and great faith helped many of us through our struggles. When visiting at her home in Highland, I always came away uplifted. I appreciated her keeping me up on the Tolman Family line. She would often bring a copy of the Tolman Newsletter to my home. I know she loved the Lord and was blessed for her goodness! Angelia Olson ( Haslet, Texas).

We love you Edith, and we'll always remember you and what a great friend you are to our family. Thank you for being such a great friend to my mom, she's leaned on your example and love always. I am thankful we we're able to visit you often. You showed us such a great example, to stay strong and to love life in good times and bad. I can't imagine the joy you feel to be with your sweetheart again, what a blessing it is to have forever families. I love you!
