Not sure what to say?

Valerie and family,

The loss of a parent is always difficult, especially the loss of a mother. The bond between mother and her child is special and can't be replaced. I am here for you.

Valerie

You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Val and family,

Your mother's great sense of humor will be treasured for many years by all of us.
We had with her many great moments and will miss her a lot.
A wise person told me once that when you loose your mom you are no longer a child. May you re-find all your childhood hopes and dreams by being next to Chloe. She will sustain and encourage you in those times.
I enjoyed working with you and will always think about Edith.
With love,

Moirah...

Harv & I send our love and concern. Losing a parent is always hard, no matter where we are in life. You have the memories of happy times and the knowledge you were with her during the difficult times. Know you and Chloe are in our thoughts.

Though I never met Edith in person, if she was anything like her daughter and my beloved friend Valerie, I am sure she had a razor sharp intellect and a heart of gold. How wonderful to know she lives on in her family.

Sad to hear of your loss. May your happy memories sustain you and your family.

A mother is a person who, seeing there are only four pieces of pie for five people, promptly announces she never did care for pie.
