Not sure what to say?

Nancy and family, my dad, Pierson Davis, asked me to see if I could find out anything about your Mother. He hadn´t heard from her for awhile and was concerned. Mom, Peggy Davison Davis, went to Ward-Belmont and may have roomed with DeeDee Mom´s senior year. Dad wanted me to contact you and offer our condolences. I remember times when we were at your house and times when you and your family came to my Grandparents (Pop´s & Gaggy´s) and you and I went to sleep at their house and woke up in our...

The Guardian Mailman is what she called me. I met Mrs. Weaver totally by accident. 5th year with the United States Postal Service, I was on my 3rd day at a new station and a new route. Riding up Demorest Ave, I saw a lady seemed to be sitting on the side of the street with her 2 dogs waving at me. I waved back unknowing this lady needed my help! Dear Nancy and Family, Deedee was one of our favorite people. We got to know her on her walks at the Duck Pond Park with Hachi and Star. Deedee was always on the move. We saw her almost daily at Publix and other shops at Peachtree Battle. She was so much fun and told the best stories! She was comfortable and happy with everyone, young and old. She took the time to know things about everyone's lives. We will never forget the kindness and joy she spread to all. Love, Cathy and Reed Keller

Nancy and Chip, Dennis and I always looked forward to our weekly phone conversations with your special Mother. She was a joy to us. We all especially enjoyed the annual visits to our gardens with her and Laura. She was a remarkable person that will live in our hearts forever.

Your mother was such a lovely woman. I had great admiration for her. She was always full of life. I will miss seeing her on my daily walks. Rest in Peace, dear DeeDee. Sue Henry
