Every day as I walk by the serene water color I purchased from Ed I think of him and I thank God for him and his talent.

I remember Ed every day as I see his beautiful watercolor on my wall. I have wondered if there is anywhere I could purchase more of his beautiful art. He is in the heavenly realm but his artistic legacy lives on. He had a God-given talent for sure, and was such a nice man! Please use my email to contact me to share a memory of Ed or let me know where I can find more of his beautiful art. His has always been my [email protected]

Edmond was a wonderful water color artist! I met him at an annual juried art show at Christian Brothers Academy in NJ. He was so nice to talk to. I purchased a lovely framed water color of a rowboat moored on the water to give my husband for his birthday. It is one of our favorite art pieces to this day!

My condolences to Ed's family. He will be greatly missed on Monhegan. I got to know him over the years when visiting Monhegan. He always invited me in to sit and visit sharing his art inspirations and work.

Shortly after I had the amazing (still is) good fortune to acquire a little Monhegan cottage right near to Ed's, a man I did not then know turned up at my door with a small offering of welcome: a tiny reed basket he had found in his cottage after he bought it. The man, of course, was Ed, passing on the wonderment of becoming a part of the island and its living history. A very kind man. I did not know him well -- my misfortune -- but I will miss him. B.
