I wish to share my condolences to your whole family. I also taught with your mom Judi at North Pole HighSchool. When I was a graduate student at UAF, I got to know your Dad through seminars we attended. He was a great guy! May peace and comfort surround you as you mourn your loss.

Ed was my dendrology teacher at UAF. I remember I was having difficulties in the class and he was a big help. We went on a long field trip with several other students. Of course he had his case of diet coke along with him. It was the best class I took, and the field trip was amazing. We would stop along the way to look at several sites.
