In the confusion of flexible flyers,snow balls, sandlot baseball and Tompkinsville Pool one memorable figure stands out. Small of frame,equally quick of body and witt, shock of bright red hair, freckled faced with glasses. That was Jackie Danis. A friend who often stood at the bottom of the steps to call "Helen. Is Alfred home?" Now I raise my voice to the eternal ether to call. Eddie. Jerry Jackies coming home!
