Not sure what to say?

Dear Hiliary,
My condolences to you and your family. He was my pediatrician while I was growing up and then the pediatrician to my 4 children. I cannot tell you how many house calls he made to my house. Farewell to one of a kind.

Dear Hilary,
My condolences to you and your family on Dr. Ervin's passing. Even though I am 63, I still think of him as "my pediatrician" because he was always the most thoughtful, calming and kind expert pediatrician and the model for the best of physicians. What a wonderful legacy you two have created through the healing arts and the visual arts, providing hope, joy, inspiration and support in the past, at present and for the future. With sympathy to you on Ed's passing and...

It was a pleasure to work with him

Mrs Irvin and family my condolences for your loss. I didn't know Dr Ervin but I have a son with Aspergers. If not for the Ervin pediatric center founded by your husband we never would have been able to find out as early as we did. Because we did he has had much help through school and from outside assistance. Because of that help he has grown enormously and I feel he will be a great contribution to our society. As a parent of a child with a mental disability you can truly understand our...

Hilary and family: I have so many memories as a child of wonderful gatherings at "the farm" in Albion. And I remember, so clearly, how kind Dr. Ed was towards me. He's up there where the angels sing.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Ervin. He was absolutely the best and was such a great Dr. and was always there for our 4 children, regardless of the illness. He made several house calls and one was on his way to a special dinner(Tux and all). We'll always remeber his kindness and may he now rest in peace. The Colford's

So sorry to hear of Dr. Ervin's passing. I was raised in waterville and he was our doctor. I fondly remember him coming to our home many times. When I had pneumonia in 1963, my mom called him, after being told there was nothing the doctors could do, on his ski trip vacation and he came home, walked in the room at Thayer and told my parents, with hands on his hips, " okay, you and you go home, he then got a private nurse and got me better fast. He cared for my brother mike, who had asthma,...

Dr. Ervin was a wonderful man. I will never forget his years of dedication to myself and my children. Thank you for many years of caring service. There will never be another like you. May you rest in peace. Thoughts and prayers for Dr. Ervin's family and friends. He was a GREAT Dr. and person!!!!

I took the time to read everything posted . The world was a better place for all associatedwith him . He was my pediatrician too . He never believed in waisting anything in the practice . When things were tough he went above and beyond to make sure people had the medicine that was needed . That was just his way .He was one of the kindest people i've ever known . I am definately a better person for knowing him .God bless you and REST IN PEACE
