It was during the summer of 1967 that one of my friends, Bob Spang, whose family lived next door to the Graingers in Indian Village, and I decided that we were going to sneak our family cars out at 1:00 AM in the morning. Keep in mind that we were only 14 years old. As planned, I drove to the Spang's house at 1:00 AM, parking in front of the Grainger's house. Do something my brother, said the [pastor] earnestly, something that will stand the test of time; something that will outlast your life, and live for generations after you are dead and gone.

My parents and I were particularly fond of Mr. Grainger. My father, Albert Barsa passsed away on the 4th of October (in North Carolina). My mother and I send our condolances.
