Judge Edmund James Leach

About Judge Leach:
As a reporter for The Salinas Californian covering the Monterey County court system in the late 1970s, I spent many hours observing proceedings in Judge Leach's Superior Courtroom. His knowledge of the law was razor sharp, and he treated people with dignity.
