Not sure what to say?

I think of you often, Ed. You were an awesome mentor and I credit you for my career in advertising. You were a fine and generous man and look forward to the time when we'll all meet.

Mike, Elizabeth, Blake and Blair,
Ed was a great mentor and friend in my early years at Hilltop Advertising. Over the years we crossed paths and always shared our memories of working together. I credit Ed for the encouragement he gave me as I set out on my own in the late 70's. He was a man that always made me laugh and taught me a strong work ethic. As he pecked away on his manual type writer, Ed never missed the opportunity to share stories and jokes with me just across the hall from his...

Mike, Elizabeth, Blake and Blaire,

It is with a heavy heart that I write to you about your father and grandfather Ed. He was a great friend and co-worker at Hilltop, and taught me many valuable lessons - most importantly to have a quick wit and a sense of humor to get you through the invariable stresses of the advertising business. A fitting tribute to Ed is one of his favorite sayings ..."Early to bed, early to rise, work like hell and ADVERTISE!"

Ed, you were one of a kind.

Mike, Elizabeth, Blake and Blair,
My condolences to you in the loss of your father, grandfather. Ed was a big hearted man who always had a smile and a story to tell. he will be missed. Rest in peace Ed.

Dear Mike, Elizabeth , Blake & Blair we were so very sorry to hear about your dear father & grandfather recently passing away. What a wonderful & kind man he was always smiling especially when we were cheering on the Spartans together. Our thoughts and prayers are with you

Mike,

So sorry to hear of your fathers passing. Ed certainly lived a full life with many adventures and experiences. We will miss not seeing the license plate on the roads in BC. Let the thoughts of the good times fill your heart.

Randy & Karen Rose

I am so sorry to hear about your Dads passing. My condolences to you and your family, I have great memories of your Dad when we were growing up. Your Mom and Dad were great people.

Mike,
Sorry to hear about your dad's passing. I am sure MSU put more than a few smiles on his face over the past years. All the best
Charlie

Dear Mike and family. I was saddened to read in the Enq. this morning that your dear Dad, and my dear friend had been called home! Yesterday I made his favorite cookie, I think-- He always acted as though they were-- and was going to deliver them after an appointment this forenoon!

Sharing your sorrow and offering deepest sympathy. Both your Mother and Dad were such wonderful friends to us. With love and sympathy, Virg Uitvlugt
