EDMUND TOPILOW

Dr, Edmund , his father Dr. Arnold were my family `s ophthalmologists for many decades in Bayonne. Just read that Edmund had died years ago , Topilow family doctors were dedicated to their health profession . I had once been to see Edmund´s brother ; Dr. Harvey ( a retina specialist ). He advised me to take vitamin B-6 daily for good blood flow .I still take B-6 today & I think of his advice and advise others ; family & non- family . Don't know why; but I thought of Dr. Topilow today and cannot believe it is 6 years already. He was simply a great human being besides being a wonderful and caring doctor.

HE WAS THE BEST - MISS HIM & HIS AWESOME DAD. TOOK CARE OF MY MOM, ME & MY DAUGHTER. MAY HE REST IN PEACE.

It was with shock and sadness that I came across Eddie's obituary, only yesterday in January 2023. We were classmates at Hillisde High and good friends, next chair clarinetists, and buddies. There was no classmate I admired more than Eddie. I saw Dr. Eddie in his office by coincidence in 2001. We had a warm reunion. Saw my opthamologist today and thought of Dr. Topilow. I miss how thorough he was with his examinations and his genuine warmth. Good memories.
