Rest in Peace Mr. Campa. You are truly an El Paso Gem and part of El Paso's history. Back in the 1950s my father Edmundo Calderon Sr. wrestled with Mundo Campa as a Tag Team. They were known as Los Mundos. I am not sure how many years that took place. It was before I was born in 1958. My mother had pictures of them but I have no idea of where those pictures ended up. Yolanda Campos Segura, daughter to Juan and Beatriz Campos. My father was his cousin. I have nothing but fond memories of my Tio Mundo. He was always very loving and caring to my siblings and myself. We always looked forward to visiting at his house. I remember the wonderful family parties/gatherings they had. Remembering his wrestling career, we truly loved going to see him perform.

Oh the memories..... too many to tell. I am so glad I got to talk to him a couple of months ago! The stories he told me about our family were amazing!!
