Edna Copeland

Edna was the ultimate homemaker and her cooking skills were phenomenal. She was well known for the delicious meals she made for her family. Edna was a loving, wife, mother and grandmother and nothing was too difficult for her to do when it came to her family. I'll never forget when she shared her recipe for liver and onions with me. Still the best I've ever tasted! She will never be forgotten by those who loved her. Rest in peace Aunt Edna.
