Passed away on June 27, 2012 in Bethesda, MD. She is survived by daughters, Kizzie Farrell, Star Fowler and Shirley Burgess; son, William Fowler, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Vivian Fowler; granddaughters, Deborah Fowler, Felicia Boone, little Kizzie Farrell and Justina Fowler; grandson, Franklin P. James; great-grandchildren, Stella Ann Boone, Keyona Kendra Marie Fowler, Franklin P. James, Jr., Pria Farrell, Armond Sanchez Boone, Jewel Burgess, Marquita Burgess, Darryl Burgess, Anthony Boone and Charles Burgess; a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held at FORT LINCOLN FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Bladensburg Rd., Brentwood, MD, Thursday, July 5, visitation, 1:30 p.m.; service, 2:30 p.m. Interment Ft. Lincoln Cemetery.
