Edna P. Gandy

Aunt Edna was my best girl and one of my favorite human beings. She was a class act, a sharp wit, a great storyteller, a compassionate friend and family member, and a good Christian. She lived through some very rough times with grace and dignity. I thank God for the time he gave me with her, but of course, I wish there had been much more. If anyone ever deserved long life, happiness, and love, it was Edna Gandy.
Goodbye and thank you, Aunt Edna! You will be thought of often and warmly.

Rest In Peace Aunt Edna. You left us on your Brothers birthday. Luther would have been 93. I always enjoyed your stories of childhood in Briar Hill, Alabama.
