I was so very sorry to read of the passing of my dad's good friend, Ed Ahenakew. Dad loved to golf with Ed when you lived in Shelby and always would giggle when he told golf stories about the two of them. When I saw his photo in the Tribune, I could not believe how he still looked the same as he did last time I saw him in Shelby. I also played softball with his wife for many years too.
