Ed was such a positive person throughout his ordeal, and always had a smile on his face. He fought his battle bravely and well. I knew him in the art world - he was very talented. He will be missed. His void on earth is Heaven's blessing.

I met Ed 30 years ago, right after I met David at Ole Miss. Ed was a good friend of David's and we always enjoyed Ed's company. In recent years, I had lost touch with Ed and by fate recently ran into Tim who gave me an update on Ed and I called him. I'm so glad to have made that call because he sounded so good and enthusiastic about life and especially about art. My memories of Ed will always be treasured. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
