Not sure what to say?

Mary, I was so sad to hear about Ed - he fought hard. I think of you both often when I'm at the lake. I remember being fascinated when your house at the lake was being built - such a beautiful design (and Dave's carpentry too). I remember seeing you both canoeing at the lake, partaking in WLA meetings, regatta & potluck dinners, and dinner on your beautiful porch. My parents enjoyed their time with you both all their years there as well - you were an important part of their lake history too....

Ed as a teacher at MIT

Sincere condolence to Mary and family. I was honored to be a colleague and friend of Ed. He contributed so much to the development of fine architecture with his writing and teaching, and he gave generous support to the work of others.
