Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Allen, Ed, Laura, Beth, Ross, Allie, and Eva

I wish to extend my deepest sympathies to all of you. You have been a family to me, especially in my "formative" years.
I am sorry I could not have been there to support you in person as I was out of the country during Ed's passing.
I know you all carry Ed's characteristics in you and that is truly a blessing.
My prayers and thoughts are with you as they always are.

All my love

Beth

Dear Alice and Family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this most difficult time.
Jack had always spoken very highly of Edward and was pleased that he was able to be on his Board.
Alice, we are thinking of you and know that your friends and family will give you strength.

We are away and are unable to attend the services.

Sincerely, Jack & Bev

MRS ALLEN AND FAMILY,
I WISH TO EXTEND OUR SYMPATHY TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY IN THE PASSING OF MR ALLEN. HE WAS A GREAT PERSON. I CAN REMEMBER GETTING MY FIRST BIKE FROM THE STORE, AND HOW HE MADE SURE IT WAS JUST RIGHT. AND THE MANY DAYS MY DAD (FR JOHNSON) WOULD SAY GO DOWN TO MR ALLEN AND GET THIS CAN OF PAINT AND HE ALWAYS KNEW JUST WHAT DAD WANTED. I COULD NEVER FIGURE OUT HOW THIS ALWAYS HAPPENED TIL YEARS LATER.WHEN DAD TOLD ME HE ALWAYS MADE THE CALL FIRST. MR ALLEN ALSO MADE...

Ed,
I was saddened to hear of your Dad's passing. My condolences to you and your entire family during this difficult time. You are all in my prayers.

It will be the little things
that you will remember
the quiet moments, the smiles,
the laughter.
And although it may
seem hard right now,
it will be the memory
of these little things
that help to push away the pain
and bring the smiles back again.
There is no death. Only a change of worlds.

Laura, my deepest sympathy on the loss of your father.

Beth & Family,
I have such fond memories of your Dad. One of my fondest memories was the day I went into Allen's Store to pick out my first "new" bicycle. I can still hear the creaky floors and recall the distinct smell of the store. Your father made me feel so special and helped me pick out the perfect bike. He was a true icon of Hazardville.
My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Dear Alice,
You have my deepest sympathies in the loss of your life partner and best friend. I know it is hard to face. I enjoyed my visits with you both so much during our Goddard Family meetings. He will be missed by us all.

Beth, Ross and Girls,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Please do not hesitate to call on us if we can be helpful in any way.
