Hi Aunt Carol,
I just came across this as I was doing some research on our family tree. It was so wonderful to see you and Marit in April of 2007. When I think back on the memories of Uncle Ed, his distinctive voice first comes to mind...I guess since we were so young that just sticks in my brain, LOL. I also recall the fun I had horseback riding and your fabulous, healthy cooking (especially that granola you made!) Many wonderful memories....Thank you, Renee

Carol, this is another "you probably won't remember me" story - I worked with you at Dr. Tom Taylor's office waaaaay back in about 1985 or so - I remember your yellow Beetle!

To Carol Arana: You probably don't remember me but my first job in 1967 was for Dr. Arana at his Monterey Office which shortly then moved to Carmel. I am so sorry to hear of his early passing. I remember a story that he told me once about his daughter as baby...she was trying to pick up a caterpiller on the deck but of course it was holding on tightly..she became frustrated and complained to her father that the caterpiller was too heavy.
