I just learned of Ed's passing yesterday, so I'm late with my thoughts here now. Ed was one of my very special group of friends while I lived in Modesto during the late seventies. I always enjoyed being with him either at my duplex or his place he shared with another good friend. We had fun in the local watering holes and Ed was always a real hoot to have along. I am sad he left us so soon. I had to move from Modesto and left my special group of friends, but I have never forgotten you and...

I went to school with Ed in Hughson, I was so sad and deeply sorry for the family to hear of his passing. My heartfelt sympathy to his family and friends.

Ed was a good, honest, and reliable friend. He will be missed.

I was in the Class of 1972 and rode the bus with "Eddie" as we called him. I remember Ed to be kind, humorous, and genuine. I've thought about Ed many times over the years and am sad for the passing of our beloved classmate. Thoughts and prayers to all that loved Ed.

I was sorry to hear of Ed's passing. We were neighbors and rode the bus together from elementary school through the high school years. I'll always remember his sense of humor, his kind words, and cowboy ways. My prayers and thoughts are with those he left behind. Please take care.
