Vaya con Dios Lt. General Edward D.Baca. Lt.Gen Baca was instrumental in implementing a community base substance abuse prevention program within the Nation Guard with great succrss. This model was a National model that saved many lives. I salute Lt.Gen Baca for a incredible initiative. My condolence to his family!
