Dear Cookie,
We will never forget Ed. I know how much he missed Dad after he passed away. I was so glad Mom and me were able to visit you both before Christmas. That was the last time we saw Ed.
Mom, me and Niki, will always be upset, we did not know he died, because we would have come to the Funeral Home to see him one last time.
Hope you will always have good memories of him; we all will.

I will always remember Uncle Eddie as a happy man with a voice that filled a room, and eyes that twinkled when he told stories. The bravest thing that I know he did was to fly to Florida to visit my father before my dad, Joe, died. Uncle Eddie was terrified of flying, but he came and the plane landed in a lightning storm!
