Not sure what to say?

Uncle Ed was a sweet, caring man with a no-nonsense attitude. He said one of the wisest things I've ever heard at our wedding. Shaking my hand, he said, “I'd wish you luck, but it's not luck; it's hard work from here on out.” He was right (and it's been the most rewarding thing in my life).

Love and sympathy,
John (Vicky sends sympathy also)

On behalf of the Torrisi Family, we reach out and offer our prayers for Ed, and family. Our paths crossed last spring, at Laclede Groves Rehab where my mom, Joyce (Scottie)was a patient on Ed's floor. Our family has fond memories of Ed, and shared many laughs with your family during rehab. May Ed rest in peace!

Dear Aunt Stel, Ed, Tony, Tom & families,
We are so very sorry to hear of Uncle Ed's passing. We thank God for the fond memories of many vacations spent in St. Louis in our younger years and the joy and laughter Uncle Ed brought during those times. We love you all and are keeping you in our prayers. Xo
Sue, Mark and family (mom too)

My prayers and thoughts are with the family and I will continue to remember you all especially during the holidays. God Bless Chaplain Cathy LG

sorry for your losss. i remember a man in the stands at a few basketball games. the lives of his sons and their families are the greatest tribute to him. i'm sure there will be great memories about him today.

Uncle Ed, I have very fond memories of you Aunt Stell throughout my life. One of my favorites has to be seeing you at Billiken games. I knew where you sat and would look for you and come see you, whenever we were at the games. Say Hi to John for me, when you get to heaven. Love you. Lorriene

I had not seen Ed in many years and sad to read of his passing. He was my first boss after high school. He was a great boss to work for and a man I learned much from through our conversations. I saw him as a great family man and a devoted father. I regret I have not had the opportunity to talk with him in recent years. I cherish his memory.
