Not sure what to say?

The visits to Uncle Monroe & Aunt Isabelle were always the highlight of our family's "out west" trips. Every 5 years or so, Mom (Ruby), Dad (Jack), my brother (Dairen) & I would spend several weeks visiting family in Oregon & Washington. Uncle Monroe taught me to ride a horse, though I always had the impression he did not like to ride himself. And then, of course, the home on the river, where he would take us all out on his boat for an afternoon of swimming, food & fun. Aunt Isabelle...

Some of my dad's greatest memories were at his uncle Monroe's home, where my father spent many summers. He and his wife, Isabelle, were both very educated, kind, and gracious.

A toast to your longest flight! Here's to you and Isabelle, forever together above.

My deepest condolences to your family during this most difficult time. There are no words that can ease the pain of losing someone so beloved. May you find comfort and peace in knowing that your loved one is in God's memory, because those who pass on are precious in his eyes. Psalms 116:15.
