Edward Paul Bennett

I belatedly learned of Ed's passing today; Ed and I worked together in his last few years at the Department of Environmental Conservation as a team of two, which was bureaucratically named the "Special Projects Section". We made several trips to NYC as well as a trip to Vermont in the early 2000s to honcho the Green Buildings Tax Credit regulations, all the while fulfilling Ed's rogue dictum in my performance evaluation to "have fun". Somewhat tongue-in-cheek, of course, but it was good...
