Not sure what to say?

I am truly sad to hear of Ed's death. He was a fine person that I knew when we were both students at Madison Co. High School. We became friends when we both took an after school course offered by Edgar Puryear. Professor Puryear, a Princeton graduate, offered the course for a small number of 'college-bound' students. I remember both Ed and I realizing how lucky we were to be taking such a course. Professor Puryear really made us work! I think Ed must have graduated a year ahead of me but he...

Judge Berry helped me turn my life around. I have full custody of my children now. I was always happy to go in front of him in court because I knew he would never throw the book at me! I´m sad to see him go home to heaven but I´m reassured that he´s taking good care of my twins that are in heaven. My...

I remember Ed Berry as a good, kind, honorable man. Our area was very fortunate to have a judge who cared about families and his community. He will be missed but remembered by many as a man of character and kindness.

Mrs. Berry and family, I was fortunate to bring cases in front of Judge Berry for many years. We would talk about things going on in the area and try to figure out how we could help. Judge Berry was kind and friendly. I send you all my prayers and condolences. Great man.
