Uncle Ed at Bird Family Corn Roast, 1957. He will be missed by our family. As Burke used to say "Later" Uncle Ed,

So many memories of Uncle Ed. First and formost, how much he looked like my Mom, his sister, Madonna. Secondly, the story that my Mom always told us girls, about the coat of many colors. She had a quilted coat that her Mother made her that was large enough for her to wrap around Uncle Ed and Uncle Jerry to keep them warm when they would walk home from school. She alway loved the song by Dolly Pardon of the same name, "My coat of many colors....that my momma made for me..." She would sing...

Alot of great memories of Ed, especially in Okinawa and world war 2.

Uncle Ed will be greatly missed, a quiet guy who we always looked forward to seeing at family get -togethers. Our prayers are with Aunt Lene and the family during this difficult time. Love Ken & Kim Glaser & family
