So many memories of Uncle Ed. First and formost, how much he looked like my Mom, his sister, Madonna. Secondly, the story that my Mom always told us girls, about the coat of many colors. She had a quilted coat that her Mother made her that was large enough for her to wrap around Uncle Ed and Uncle Jerry to keep them warm when they would walk home from school. She alway loved the song by Dolly Pardon of the same name, "My coat of many colors....that my momma made for me..." She would sing...
