Read MoreI only knew EJ for 4-5 years, he was a hard person to read if you were an outsider., but the little time i spent with him had and will change me. He loved his familey and that is the one thing I that I think of most. I was away overseas when i found out... I smoked a cuban dedicated to him :)

EJ was a man who appeared to wear a hard shell but was really a warm and caring person. His focus was never for selfish reasons.
He will not only be missed by his family but will be truely missed by the City of Dover.

Dover has lost a Great Citizen. I mourn EJ's passing . I admired him for his unselfish concern for Dover and its citizens. He was a loving fine man . He is missed.
