When I drove from Charlotte to Phoenix, Uncle Buddy called me every morning before I hit the road and say a prayer for me to get there safely. When I had each of my back surgeries, he called before them to pray for my healing. Each time something came up in my life you just knew you had to call Uncle Buddy to get one of his prayers because they always were so powerful. Buddy Branch was one of the kindest , most caring , loving men I ever knew . He & his wife Dotty were always a source of great religious strength & would go into deep prayer if asked . Buddy was the grandson of my dear great-aunt Georgia MacDonald McGehee whose late husband I was named after . I knew him as a teenager when I was a very young boy , as a college student , forester , lawyer , assistant to legislators in Montgomery and as a man of GREAT faith & goodness . He will be sorely...

My wife Carolyn and I have fond memories of Buddy. Those who know him will recall also my father's fondness for him. I remember his smile and good humor, remember a fishing trip
using inner tubes down a north Alabama creek. Buddy was a wonderful cousin, and will be missed,
